CoCo Ree Lemery is a Conceptual Artist and Designer of products and environments. With a flexible style rooted in place and a borderline obsession with the objects and backdrops that surround us, CoCo's work straddles the spheres of Art and Design.
Since 2007, she has designed, fabricated, and developed award-winning products and events. Her artwork can be seen in collections at Chelsea Town Hall in London to the Atlanta Public Library. CoCo launched her first furniture collection with Studio Kloak, using recycled materials as the foundation of form, and currently is the Senior Lighting Designer for Williams Sonoma’s Pottery Barn Brand.
In 2017, CoCo was presented with the Michael Merritt Emerging Artist Award for Collaboration. Her Aggregate Lighting Collection won the Silver A' Design Award in 2020 and the NYCxDesign Award in 2019. Her work has also been recognized by The International Furniture Design Association, The European Product Design Awards, The Pinnacle Awards, The JS Kemper Foundation, and the International Design Awards.
A passionate educator, she has worked with students at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Northwestern University, North Central College, Savannah College of Art & Design, Hope College, and After School Matters.
